Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Strive has purchased another 3,311 BTC over the past week, bringing its total holdings to 32,773 Bitcoin as it continues expanding its cryptocurrency reserves. Strive purchased 3,311 Bitcoin during the past week, increasing its corporate treasury to 32,773 BTC. CEO Matt Cole reported $208 million in warrant exercises ahead of the October 13 deadline. Approximately 15.3 million warrants remained outstanding, with their exercise deadline set for 5 p.m. ET. Strive formalized a $100 minimum issuance price for SATA preferred shares in its governing documents.
