Strategy Shares Rose 76% in Q3, Outpacing Bitcoin (BTC)

Strategy’s stock price rose 76% in the third quarter, compared with Bitcoin’s 43% gain, a 33-percentage-point gap between the company’s stock and the cryptocurrency over the quarter. Strategy released its third-quarter results Oct. 29. Its Bitcoin (BTC) holdings totaled 848,517 as of Oct. 25. Strategy Founder and Executive Chairman Michael Saylor said, “We’re at the beginning of the next bitcoin bull market.” Strategy CFO Andrew Kang is scheduled to step down effective Nov. 5.
