Strategy Adds 811 Bitcoin and Repurchases $208.2 Million of STRC

Strategy paired an 811-Bitcoin purchase with a $208.2 million repurchase of STRC preferred stock during the week ended Nov. 1. Proceeds from sales of its Class A shares funded the Bitcoin purchase, while USD Cash funded the STRC buyback. The 811 Bitcoin (BTC) cost $65.5 million, an average of $80,846 per coin including fees and expenses. Strategy’s holdings stood at 849,327 BTC as of Nov. 1, with an aggregate purchase cost of $64.08 billion and an average cost of $75,451 per coin. From Oct. 26 through Nov.
