Toromont’s board approved the distribution Nov. 2, alongside results for the three months ended Sept. 30. Eligibility is based on share ownership recorded at the close of business Dec. 7. Revenue reached C$1,652.1 million, up 26% from a year earlier. Net earnings rose 37% to C$192.1 million.
