SPS Commerce Sets Q4 Revenue Outlook at $199.3 Million to $201.3 Million

SPS Commerce forecast fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $199.3 million to $201.3 million and plans to charge for MAX AI agents in 2027, following 4% revenue growth in the third quarter. Third-quarter revenue was $197.6 million, up from $189.9 million a year earlier. Growth was partly offset by the second-quarter divestiture of the 3P Revenue Recovery business and variability in the 1P Revenue Recovery take rate model. MAX is embedded in SPS Commerce’s supply-chain offerings, with some features available to fulfillment customers. CEO Chad Collins cited early customer feedback and examples of customer return on investment.
