Shareholders recorded at the close of business on Nov. 25 qualify for the $0.075-per-share payment scheduled for Dec. 10. The board declared the dividend Nov. 3. The amount matches the $0.075-per-share quarterly dividend Solstice announced in July, which was payable Sept. 10 to shareholders of record Aug. 27. Solstice is a specialty-materials company.
