L2BEAT rebrands as ETHBEAT, expands coverage to privacy, interoperability, and staking

The Ethereum analytics site is moving beyond Layer 2 tracking to cover privacy protocols, interoperability, ZK components, and upcoming liquid staking research L2BEAT, the analytics site best known for tracking Ethereum ’s Layer 2 networks, is now ETHBEAT. The rebrand, announced on November 4, 2026, alongside Devcon 8 in Mumbai, widens its scope to privacy, interoperability, staking, and other parts of the Ethereum ecosystem. L2BEAT built its reputation on a single question: is this rollup as safe as it claims to be? ETHBEAT is now asking a version of that question across a much larger slice of Ethereum.
