Solana (SOL) Falls 15% as Network Leads Weekly Revenue Ranking

Solana (SOL) fell about 15% since early October even as its blockchain led a weekly revenue ranking, leaving the token’s price moving in a different direction from two measures of network activity. SOL was near $104 in an Oct. 20 reading, down from roughly $122 at the start of the month. The decline took less than three weeks. The token was also below its late September peak of about $125, though it remained almost 70% above its June level. Solana generated about $6.54 million in network revenue from Oct. 12-18.
