Augnition US Fund Files SEC Notice for Delaware Hedge Fund Offering

Augnition Global Investors US, LP filed notice of a private hedge fund offering with the SEC on Sept. 30, identifying the Delaware vehicle managed by Jeff Wang’s Menlo Park technology investment firm. The U.S. partnership listed $0 in fund interests sold and zero investors as of the filing date. It specified no fixed offering amount and said its first sale had yet to occur. Those figures describe the U.S. partnership at that point in time. Augnition Global Investors, LP is the vehicle’s investment manager.
