Solana price slips below $110 – Can SOL recover amid SkyAI’s sell-off?

Solana [SOL] price has been riding a giant wheel since the start of 2026. After trading near $146 in January, the altcoin has now dropped to $108.30 at press time. This happened after a 3.5% drop in the past 24 hours but a 13% drop in the year so far. After briefly attempting to move above the neutral 50 level, the RSI has turned lower again, indicating that sellers remain in control. And adding fuel to the fire, the Bollinger Bands indicator was also seen narrowing after a bulging out a few days ago.
