Sodexo Posts 2% Organic Growth as Fiscal 2026 Operating Profit Falls 28.9%

Sodexo’s fiscal 2026 results paired 2% organic revenue growth with a 28.9% decline in operating profit, showing a sharp split between its revenue growth measure and earnings performance. Revenue for the year totaled €23.963 billion, €111 million below the prior year’s €24.074 billion. The reported total declined 0.5% year over year. Organic revenue growth was 2%, above Sodexo’s previous guidance. Operating profit came to €810 million, down 28.9%. The operating margin narrowed to 3.4% from 4.7% a year earlier, a decrease of 1.3 percentage points. Underlying earnings per share was €3.48, 35.2% below the prior year’s €5.37.
