Smarter Web Sets £0.2301 Weekly Dividend for MORE Preferred Shares

The Smarter Web Company set MORE’s weekly dividend at £0.2301 per preferred share for the week ending Nov. 6, setting the next payment timetable for its Bitcoin treasury financing. The annualized dividend rate is 12% on a £100 reference amount per share. MORE shares go ex-dividend Nov. 5. Investors recorded as holders on Nov. 6 are scheduled to receive the payment Nov. 23. As of Nov. 3, 111,137 of the 211,112 issued MORE shares were eligible for the dividend. Tennyson Capital held the remaining 99,975 through an ATM facility and waived dividends on those shares until they are sold.
