TEN Ltd.'s board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.578125 per share on its Series E Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Shares on Nov. 2, with payment set for Nov. 30. The distribution covers Aug. 28 through Nov. 27. The amount matches the dividend declared Aug. 3, which was the 38th dividend on the share class. The latest declaration is the 39th since the shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Tsakos had 4,745,947 Series E shares outstanding as of Nov. 2.
