Sixth Street Specialty Lending Inc. declared a $0.42-per-share fourth-quarter dividend and a separate $0.01 supplemental payment for the third quarter, setting December dates for both distributions. The base dividend is payable Dec. 31, 2026, to shareholders of record Dec. 15. The supplemental dividend is scheduled for Dec. 21, 2026, for shareholders of record Nov. 30.
