SiTime Forecasts Fourth-Quarter Revenue of $331 Million to $341 Million

SiTime Corporation forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $331 million to $341 million and gross margin near 70%, after its first full quarter of results with the Renesas Timing Products Division (TPD). The company also announced a three-for-one stock split. Its fourth-quarter outlook includes non-GAAP earnings per share of about $4.76 at the midpoint. SiTime’s combined revenue for the third quarter was $298.7 million, with TPD contributing $86.3 million. The acquisition closed July 1, making the quarter SiTime’s first full period with the division’s results. SiTime posted a 70.7% gross margin and a 43% operating margin in the quarter.
