Silicon Motion Raises Annual Dividend 15% to $2.30 Per ADS

Silicon Motion Technology Corporation will increase its annual cash dividend 15% to $2.30 per American depositary share (ADS), up from $2.00 in 2025. The company supplies NAND flash controllers for solid-state storage devices and trades on Nasdaq under the ticker SIMO. The dividend is planned in four quarterly installments of $0.575 per ADS. One ADS represents four ordinary shares, making each installment equivalent to $0.14375 per ordinary share. The four payments add up to the $2.30 annual rate. The first payment is anticipated Nov. 19, 2026, for holders of record Nov. 5. The remaining expected payment dates are Feb.
