SharonAI Holdings lost 52% of its market value in October 2026 as the Australian AI computing provider pursued a multiyear buildout with $8.8 billion in contract value and $1.93 million in second-quarter revenue. The company’s total contract value stood at $8.8 billion as of August 2026. Contract value is expected to convert into revenue over multiple years as facilities are built and brought online. SharonAI had secured 212 megawatts of AI factory capacity, including 120 megawatts covered by multiyear contracts. Oaktree Capital and Situational Awareness LP are among SharonAI’s institutional backers.
