The Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee will take up IPO modernization and potential changes to Regulation Crowdfunding on October 27, 2026, at 10 a.m. , with discussions focused on encouraging companies to go public and expanding access to early-stage capital. The Securities and Exchange Commission said in an October 14, 2026, press release that the meeting will be open to the public, with a live stream on SEC.gov. It will take place at the agency’s headquarters at 100 F Street, N.E., Washington D.C.
