Its national compliance outreach seminar for investment advisers and investment companies, set for November 19, 2026, now includes a dedicated session on crypto assets. The agency announced the event on October 6, 2026, in Press Release 2026-102. For compliance officers who have spent years guessing how regulators view digital assets, this is a rare chance to hear it from the regulator’s own staff.
