Ryde Signs MOU to Explore AI Platform With Up to US$278 Million Preliminary Estimate

Ryde Group Ltd. and Dimension AI Pte. Ltd. will assess a potential GPU-as-a-Service platform under a nonbinding deal that carries a preliminary capital estimate of up to US$278 million. The Singapore-based companies signed the memorandum of understanding Nov. 5. Dimension AI’s estimate covers capital to establish the platform over an initial three-year period. It is a setup cost projection, not a revenue forecast, and it does not guarantee revenue or commitments to Ryde. The MOU does not require either company to spend money or build the platform.
