Nvidia may shift future GB202 chip production from the GeForce RTX 5090 to its higher-priced RTX PRO professional graphics line, a move that could reshape availability of the company’s top gaming card. Hardware leaker MEGAsizeGPU claimed that future GB202 production may be allocated entirely to RTX PRO cards rather than the RTX 5090. If the claim is accurate, future GB202 production would be directed toward Nvidia’s professional GPU line. The RTX 5090 launched at $1,999 with 32GB of memory.
