Roku Reports $1.5 Billion in Q3 Revenue as Net Income Reaches $183 Million

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose 24% from $1.211 billion a year earlier. Net income increased from $24.8 million in the third quarter of 2025. Diluted earnings per share were $1.20, compared with 16 cents a year earlier. The devices segment brought in $193.7 million, a 33% increase from the year-earlier quarter. Its gross loss widened to $48.6 million from $22.9 million, and its gross margin was negative 25.1%. Roku attributed the margin primarily to elevated memory costs. Across both segments, total gross profit rose 24% to $648.5 million.
