Roblox expects fourth-quarter bookings to fall 10% to 15% year over year, a forecast that includes seasonal user declines and comes alongside $380 million in planned Q4 capital spending for AI. The bookings outlook assumes normal seasonal declines in daily active users, a modest GTA-related headwind and no near-term improvement in monetization. Separately, Roblox expects higher fourth-quarter spending on AI infrastructure and marketing aimed at people 18 and older. Third-quarter free cash flow benefited by about $140 million from capital expenditures shifted into the fourth quarter. The spending shift means some planned investment moved between quarters.
