RLJ Lodging Trust Revenue Rises 7.4%, Adjusted FFO Per Share and Unit Jumps 25.9%

RLJ Lodging Trust's third-quarter revenue rose 7.4% to $354.476 million, while adjusted funds from operations per diluted share and unit climbed 25.9%, and the hotel owner raised its 2026 outlook. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, was up from $330.045 million in the same period a year earlier. Comparable hotel revenue reached $354.470 million, a 9.1% increase from $324.985 million. The comparable figures cover RLJ’s 91-hotel portfolio owned as of Sept. 30. Net income was $4.576 million, compared with a net loss of $3.798 million a year earlier. Adjusted FFO totaled $51.994 million, up from $41.103 million.
