Rep. Salazar Was Only of Seven House Members Reviewed to Report SpaceX Share Sale

Of seven House members whose reports covered SPCX transactions, U.S. Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar was the only one to disclose a partial sale of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) shares, valued at $1,001 to $15,000. The report lists the transaction date as Sept. 24 and identifies the account as a UBS IRA. It lists Oct. 1 as the notification date and carries Salazar’s digital signature dated Oct. 7. The report does not give a transaction time or time zone. Salazar’s earlier report listed two SpaceX purchases dated Aug. 12.
