This is the only U.S. politician to suspiciously dump SpaceX stock

U.S. Representative Maria Elvira Salazar is the only lawmaker among seven members of Congress to report a sale of SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX ) stock since the company went public in June. According to her trading disclosure, Salazar sold between $1,001 and $15,000 worth of SpaceX stock on September 24, 2026, at an average share price of $148.03. She disclosed the transaction on October 7. The sale is notable because Salazar had purchased SpaceX shares on August 12 at an average price of $146.27, before selling shares approximately six weeks later.
