Renk Group AG Lowers 2026 Revenue Outlook to About €1.4 Billion

Renk Group AG lowered its 2026 revenue outlook to about €1.4 billion and its adjusted EBIT range to €240 million to €255 million for continuing operations after the planned sale of its slide-bearing business. The revised outlook compares with its previous forecast for revenue above €1.5 billion and adjusted EBIT of €255 million to €285 million. Renk signed an agreement to sell the slide-bearing business and has completed its acquisition of David Brown Defence. The company’s order backlog reached a record of about €7.6 billion, roughly 5.3 times revenue over the previous 12 months.
