Rambus posts record $218.3 million quarter as AI servers demand more memory

The chip designer beat its own guidance, grew product revenue 22% year over year, and guided higher for the fourth quarter Rambus just turned the AI server boom into its best quarter on record. The company reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $218.3 million , up 22% from the same period a year earlier. That figure cleared the company’s own forecast of $210 million to $216 million. Shares rose more than 5% in after-hours trading following the October 26, 2026 report. Product revenue drove the headline result.
