Galaxy Digital Posts $322.8 Million Third-Quarter Profit

Galaxy Digital Inc. posted $322.8 million in net income for the third quarter of 2026, reversing a second-quarter loss and lifting adjusted EBITDA to $454.7 million for the period ended Sept. 30, 2026. Net income compared with an $85.3 million loss in the second quarter and $505.1 million in the year-earlier quarter. Diluted earnings per share was 66 cents, while adjusted earnings per share was 83 cents. Galaxy had scheduled the release for before Nasdaq opened Tuesday, Oct. 27. Adjusted gross profit, a non-GAAP measure, totaled $569.3 million.
