Publicly disclosed objections to the planned tokenized-stock platform from Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and OKX now involve 56 companies, including 49 of the 62 firms initially selected for the initiative. The 49 companies account for about 79% of the initial group. Seven companies outside that group have also objected. The disclosed tally rose by six from Oct. 30. A Nov. 2 notice added Netflix, SoFi Technologies and Lam Research to the objections. Amazon, Tesla and SpaceX have also joined the opposition. ICE is the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange.
