Preliminary Vote Results Back Daily Record Dates for Four Strategy Preferred Classes

Preliminary results from Strategy’s Oct. 28 special shareholder meeting showed the amendments for four preferred share classes received the required votes to allow daily dividend record dates, subject to filing and effectiveness of revised certificates. STRC is scheduled to begin using daily record dates Nov. 1, 2026. STRF, STRK and STRD are scheduled to follow Jan. 1, 2027. The timetable adds start dates to the daily dividend framework for the four securities. The schedule changes dividend timing and does not automatically increase annual rates.
