台光電 Posts Record Q3 EPS of NT$40.46 and Approves 9.4 Million-Sheet Expansion

台光電 (2383), a copper-clad laminate producer, posted record third-quarter revenue, net income and earnings per share on Wednesday, Oct. 28. Its board also approved an expansion expected to bring total group capacity to 15.25 million sheets when completed. Revenue was NT$60.88 billion, up 28.8% from the second quarter and 142% from a year earlier. Net income rose 46.9% sequentially and 265.7% year over year to NT$14.5 billion. Earnings per share reached NT$40.46, compared with NT$11.19 a year earlier and NT$27.55 in the second quarter.
