Pineapple Financial Launches Pentiv as Injective Records Top $1 Billion

Pineapple Financial launched Pentiv, a mortgage intelligence platform for brokerages, on Oct. 15, while a separate Injective project had put records representing more than $1 billion in mortgage loans onchain by Sept. 4. The launch adds a brokerage software offering alongside the company’s ongoing mortgage-record migration. Pentiv is designed to work with brokerages’ existing systems and reach customers outside Pineapple Financial’s own network. Its first two tools, the Recruitment Agent and Alternative Mortgage Renewal Agent, are already in use within Pineapple+. The platform launch and the mortgage-record migration are separate initiatives within the company’s broader strategy.
