Peru’s banking, insurance and pension regulator has opened a second package of proposed open finance rules for public comment, laying out technical and security requirements for information sharing. The Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) published the draft Monday, Oct. 19. It outlines proposed components including a directory of participants, a developer portal and technical standards for data-exchange interfaces. The package also addresses security and data quality. The new provisions build on an earlier package of proposed rules for Peru’s planned open finance system.
