Paolo Ardoino Invokes Asimov’s Foundation in Tether Infrastructure Keynote

Paolo Ardoino used a Plan ₿ Forum keynote in Lugano to cast Tether as a long-term infrastructure builder, invoking Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series as a frame for the company’s role. Separately, the company’s USD₮ is a dollar-pegged stablecoin, while its QVAC SDK and Lugano memorandum are examples of other existing work.
