Oshkosh Posts Q3 Earnings and Revenue Below Estimates, Sets 2026 Outlook

Oshkosh Corporation posted third-quarter non-GAAP earnings of $2.41 per share, 65 cents below estimates. Revenue rose 5.6% from a year earlier to $2.84 billion but came in $100 million below estimates. The company forecast 2026 diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $8 to $9.
