Eli Lilly Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook to $91 Billion to $92 Billion

Eli Lilly raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $91 billion to $92 billion after third-quarter revenue rose 39% to $24.397 billion, powered by sales growth for Mounjaro and Zepbound. Revenue was up from $17.601 billion a year earlier. Mounjaro sales increased 65% to $10.7 billion, and Zepbound generated $5.35 billion. The results followed a preview of Lilly’s third-quarter earnings . Lilly’s updated revenue range compares with its previous forecast of $85 billion to $87 billion. The company reported non-GAAP earnings per share of $7.48.
