Opendoor Q3 Revenue Climbs 12% to $1.02 Billion but Misses Forecasts

Opendoor Technologies Inc. posted $1.022 billion in third-quarter revenue, up 12% from a year earlier, but the total missed estimates by $30 million and GAAP earnings per share came in below expectations. Revenue was higher than the $915 million recorded in the third quarter of 2025 and the $883 million in the second quarter of 2026. The latest total marked a 16% increase from the prior quarter.
