onsemi Forecasts 140% AI Data-Center Revenue Growth for 2026

onsemi expects AI data-center revenue to reach about $620 million in 2026, up 140% from a year earlier, after quarterly sales grew faster than the company’s overall revenue. President and CEO Hassane El-Khoury gave the outlook Monday, Nov. 2. onsemi also expects the business to double in 2027 from a higher base. Both figures are forecasts, not completed sales results. The AI data-center business generated $180.2 million in the third quarter ended Oct. 2, compared with $65.6 million in the same period in 2025. “AI data center revenue grew 39% sequentially and 175% year-over-year,” El-Khoury said.
