onsemi recorded third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.7223 billion for the quarter ended Oct. 2, 2026, up 11% from $1.5509 billion a year earlier. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share rose to $0.90 from $0.63. GAAP diluted EPS was $0.79, compared with $0.63 in the year-earlier quarter. AI data-center revenue grew 175% from a year earlier and 39% sequentially. Rising power needs are driving demand in AI data centers and industrial markets, CEO Hassane El-Khoury said. “Increasing power requirements are driving accelerated demand in our AI data center and industrial end markets, as customers adopt and ramp our differentiated products,” he said.
