OFAC Sanctions 10 People and One Entity Tied to North Korean IT Network

The U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctioned 10 people and one entity tied to North Korea’s IT worker network, and linked crypto transfers involved millions of dollars across several networks. OFAC listed the same Ethereum address for Boykov and Obertas. Boykov sent about $9.88 million to that address, while two of his TRON addresses sent a combined $1.66 million in Tether (USDT) to an address listed under Obertas. Boykov’s Ethereum address and an address for Kim Ki Hyok also sent funds to a shared Bybit deposit address.
