NYSE’s Tokenized Stock Plan Adds On-Chain Shareholder Services via Broadridge

Broadridge will handle shareholder voting and related services for NYSE's planned tokenized securities platform. The New York Stock Exchange has brought Broadridge Financial Solutions into its tokenized securities project to manage shareholder services on-chain. Broadridge will run shareholder voting for the planned platform, which aims to represent traditional equities in tokenized form. The arrangement was reported by Finextra Blockchain, Unchained, and CoinTurk News on November 3, 2026. Broadridge is a long-established provider of proxy voting, investor communications, and governance infrastructure for public companies. Its systems already process a large share of shareholder votes across the traditional securities market.
