Nuveen Churchill Posts 12.2% Q3 Net Investment Income Decline

Nuveen Churchill Direct Lending Corp. ended the quarter on Sept. 30, 2026, with net investment income of $18.776 million, a 12.2% decline from a year earlier, while net asset value per share slipped 6 cents from June. Net investment income per share was $0.38, compared with $0.43 in the third quarter of 2025. Total investment income fell to $43.674 million from $51.106 million over the same period. The company’s weighted average yield on debt and income-producing investments at cost was 9.65%, down from 9.92% a year earlier.
