New Large Bitcoin Positions on Hyperliquid Skew Long by 2.61 to 1

Bitcoin (BTC) traded near $81,594 as newly opened positions held by large accounts on Hyperliquid showed long positions valued at about 2.61 times short positions. The figures describe position values, not confirmed capital inflows. Long positions across 20 accounts totaled about $97.93 million, while short positions across 12 accounts totaled about $37.45 million. The weighted average entry price was about $81,714 for longs and $81,621 for shorts. The measured positions were opened from the prior U.S. stock-market open through the time of the update.
