Michael Saylor Presents Bitcoin as Financial System Foundation

Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor presented Bitcoin (BTC) as a foundation for a future financial system during a World Bank fireside chat held during DC Fintech Week. Saylor discussed Bitcoin’s possible role in digital credit, lending and broader capital systems. He also addressed how digital credit could be integrated with Bitcoin and described the asset as a base layer for wider financial infrastructure. Saylor has previously described Bitcoin as “digital capital,” with digital equity and digital credit built on that foundation.
