MGE Energy Sets $0.5083 Quarterly Dividend Payable in December

MGE Energy set its next common-stock dividend at $0.5083 per share, keeping the quarterly payout at the level established in August and setting a Dec. 15 payment for eligible shareholders. The company declared the distribution Oct. 16. Shareholders on record at the close of business Dec. 1 qualify for payment. The stock’s ex-dividend date is Nov. 30, when shares begin trading without the upcoming dividend. The payment continues a rate the board raised by 7% in August. That increase lifted MGE Energy’s annualized dividend to $2.0332 per share and marked the company’s 51st consecutive year of annual dividend increases.
