Metaplanet Redirects ¥8 Billion to Planned Bitcoin Purchases

Metaplanet moved ¥8 billion from planned bond repayment to planned Bitcoin (BTC) purchases after repaying its Series 20 ordinary bond to EVO FUND before its April 2027 maturity. The revised Series 27 stock acquisition rights plan allocates ¥33.422 billion to Bitcoin purchases, up from ¥25.422 billion.
