Mesh and Visa Plan Crypto Wallet Spending at Visa Merchants

Mesh and Visa are partnering to let people pay from participating crypto wallets at Visa merchants, bringing digital asset balances into ordinary checkout without an advance transfer or card top-up. Under the planned service, participating wallets and platforms would support in-store purchases and online checkout. Users could draw on cryptocurrency, stablecoins or fiat money held in those accounts. Mesh would set up a Visa payment credential in the background, allowing a customer to tap at a contactless terminal or pay online. Mesh would arrange the funding and any asset conversion needed for each purchase.
