Machi’s Hyperliquid Positions Are Liquidated as Account Value Falls to $21,800

Machi’s leveraged positions on Hyperliquid were liquidated during crypto-market selling after September U.S. inflation data, leaving the tracked account valued at about $21,800 after a $12.25 million peak. The tracked account started at about $56,000 four months earlier. Its value later reached nearly 219 times that starting figure. At about $21,800, the account was down roughly 99.82% from its peak, a decrease of about $12.23 million. The U.S. consumer price index rose 3.7% in September from a year earlier, while the core measure increased 2.6%. Month over month, the overall index advanced 0.6%, and the core measure rose 0.3%.
