Founder Vladimir Novakovski says Lighter plans to apply for CFTC registrations in November. Lighter has repurchased about $33.2 million of LIT since January. Team and investor vesting begins Dec. 27, with only about 250 million of 1 billion LIT circulating. Lighter (LIT) is trading around $3.13 on the Nov. 2 daily chart. The token is well below its September peak above $5 after a volatile October. LIT opened near $3.16 and reached about $3.25.
